Why have we not seen the evidence?

The judge recently sealed the evidence for an additional 90 days to allow further investigation.

I'm not sure what they are investigating since the shooter is dead, they've said publicly that there is no other shooter, and that there was no conspiracy, though!

I can understand the lack of release of information in Colorado, there is a presumed shooter in custody who must stand trial.

BUT...there is no need for this in Sandy Hook.....

That's what I'm thinking. I guess they are spending all this extra time on getting the "facts" absolutely correct before releasing it all.
