Man I dont know about this statement. Civilians do die in war, they always do. I actually think the military is being as careful as they can, to careful in my opinion. Orders like dont shoot unless fired upon and so forth. As far as im concerned if you look like enemy and you got a rifle in your hand youre game.
As for drone strikes (thank the President) or artillery, well the people doing that are miles away and they cant always see the civilians there. Does it happen? Yes. Do I blame them? No. But we're talking two different things here. Killing civilians in another Country is worlds apart from killing your Countrymen. At least it makes a difference to me and these guys.
