I'll bite. He is correct but wrong. The Second Amendment grants nothing. Read it. The right to bear arms is an INALIENABLE right. INALIENABLE rights come from our Creator. The State can NOT take them from us. There is plenty of research to back this up. Civil Rights are granted by the State. What the State grants, the State can take away. Amerikans have been spoon fed oodles of propaganda over the years. It starts with the public fool system.

Agreed! The constitution very clearly states that all people are born with the unalienable rights life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness given to them by their creator. The right to bear arms clearly falls under those unalienable rights, and to insure we never lost that unalienable right our founders wrote the 2nd Amendment into the constitution, which denies government the power to infringe on that right, making any act of the government to do so illegal.
