16" Barrel...Best Twist?

I am having some barrels made and I have spec'd them out with a 1 and 7.5 twist. Just curious what you guys think. They will be 16" bull barrel profile, carbide length gas system with recess target crown. Plan on shooting factory Hornady 123gr Amax ammo. Thanks
