No. Headspacing wouldn't be correct.
Grendel chamber uses a recessed bolt face. Doubtful that a 7.62x39 bolt with standard recess would close completely on a cartridge in a Grendel chamber. And even if it did, it would still potentially be unsafe. Not recommended.
Some variant chambers have used a 7.62x39 bolt, but not the Grendel as far as I know.
