I feel for you, but "confronting" the law will probably land you and Jail and confiscation of the weapons with no chance to get them back unless you have a very good lawyer Don't panic, wait it out and see what happens and start writing letters.

This might be a good idea for all the members on this site to draft a letter as a group! There is strength in numbers, I joined the NRA a few weeks back!
