Illinois proposes BAN on 90% of guns, w/confiscation!

I swore the same oath when I enlisted at the MEPS station in Los Angeles on Oct. 3rd, 1993, while watching a live story on CNN about Rangers in Somalia hunting down some dude named Aidid. My understanding is that my oath was to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Maybe that's why Janet Napolitano and DHS worked hard to label veterans, gun owners, and people who constantly refer to the Constitution as "terrorists". She knows she's an enemy to the Constitution, as is her regime.

The funny things is, these statist, elitist Leninists have worked so hard to take away arms from the people, that it triggered a massive era of non-stop panic-buying by millions upon millions of people in the US, many of whom would never have purchased an AR15 before the Clinton AWB of 94. Heck, I would have been happy with 2-4 military style weapons, as long as the market stayed open and free for my kids and their kids, which is why I'll never really be satisfied with any number-too many unknowns about what will be available in the future, so let the generational panic-buying proceed.

Since my family has experienced tyranny and successful thwarting of communist invasion in Europe in 1939-1940, and 1941-1944, I realize that this isn't a theory or some wild ramblings of a fear-mongering trumpeter. This game is for real, and if you play it wrong, you can easily end up with a boot on your neck, or like my great aunt, gang-raped and thrown into the ocean. Then there was my great uncle who was kidnapped and taken to the Soviet Union as a slave-laborer for the Stalinist state until he died. We don't really know what happened to him.

A surviving great aunt remembers clearly when the Russians bombed the snot out of Helsinki, watching people blown into pieces in front of her eyes as they fled and boarded buses to flee the city. What was different about Finland was they prepared a Home Guard program after gaining independence from Russia in 1917, and that program matured into the 1920's and 1930's. Ownership of and constant training with military arms were at its core, to include competition.

Finland is the only country I know that successfully stopped the Soviets from invading them. Not only did they stop them, but they wiped out 10 entire Soviet Divisions within 90 days during the Winter War.

Fast forward to our current state in the US. We literally have Leninist propagandists calling for the murder of anyone who's a member of the NRA, confiscation of our means to protect ourselves and our families, and totalitarian measures against any free-thinking people left over. These people aren't kidding. They really hunger for a society where government preemptively punishes people for the perceived crimes they have never, and most would never commit, but punish them anyway just in case. They have scores of willing accomplices who occupy the White House, Congress, Supreme Court, military, centers of finance, and academia.

The only thing that keeps them in-check is the awareness that they have a heavily-armed populace to contend with at the end of the day, and they see that as an obstacle to achieving their social engineering goals. I plan on leaving a legacy for my family where they will never be at the mercy of the kind of evil that has already claimed the lives of several of my relatives. I will do everything to ensure that the Constitution is in-tact as much as possible for my kids, and their kids, because the society that Lenin and Stalin conceived isn't worth living in. I've seen it first-hand, and the Russians have still yet to recover from what the Bolsheviks did to them from 1917 forward. The thick cloud of mental depression hangs heavy over Russia, like a constant weather system. You have to see it to know what I mean.

For those that don't know, we have more freedom in the US than you could ever hope to find abroad. You can literally feel it when you arrive back in the States, like nowhere else. Vermin are trying to dress that down and put a stop to that more in this generation. We need to stay vigilant, steady, & resolute for freedom.

I could only stomach living in socialist Europe for 2-3 years, then I HAD to come home to the land of the free! You could feel it getting off the airplane. I could feel it talking with US Air Traffic Control when flying an F-16 from overseas back to the States. I sometimes feel that people looked at me like a nut-job when I described the lack of freedoms in western Europe. Unless you've experienced it (not by visiting, but by living there) firsthand, it is hard to fathom.
