I contend we need to test available, non-deforming 6.5mm FMJ bullets -- the 120gr Norma now, and the 110gr Wolf if/when it arrives -- in order to determine what level of performance can actually be achieved. If such tests showed an improvement, then there would be a factual basis for deciding if it is "significant" or not. Otherwise, it's just pulling numbers out of the air.
