They've already seen pushback from the States on Ocommucare, and have suffered defeat after defeat in the Courts, including the Supreme Court. The real long-term nail in the coffin is if/when Hussein gets to appoint another Justice to the SCOTUS.

Depends on who is being replaced. In the next four years, you can count on Ginsburg being replaced. While I would have preferred a conservative to have replaced her, it won't tip the balance.

The next two oldest are Reagan appointees: Scalia and Kennedy. Hopefully they can outlast Obama...

Next is Breyer...it would be libtard for libtard swap.

This is actually why I was praying hard for Romney victory...an opportunity to replace 1 or 2 libtards with a conservative hopeful.

Thinking about it...maybe we should pray for a long life for Ginsburg and that she won't step down for 5 years ;-)
