A friend rebarreled a Sako 461 Heavy barrel 222 with a rusted barrel into a 20 PPC. The boltface conversion was easy, Berretta even sell the extractor as a spare part ($65 here in Australia) but the feeding has been problematic. He bought a single shot follower and is happy single loading it as a medium range varmiter.
Even those few with 6mm PPC 461s report poor feeding from the magazine.
On the other hand, my Zastava actions feed well after a simple modification to the magazine follower.
