You guys need to cut off NYC like the massive cancer that it is. NYC and upstate New York are 2 different ball games. Cut everything off of them, and raise prices for food, water treatment, power, put tolls on anything trying to come into the State. NYC has been treating upstate like garbage for over 100 years.
