if i were gonna go full-on tinfoil hat and imagine a way an executive only prerogative could be used it might be restricting lead or whatnot through epa regulation, but again...hard to imagine it would be very meaningful


i don't mean to be argumentative...just trying to cheer folk up with what i think is realistic : )
