None of this will stop the current administration for coming up with some fantasy reason to use the military.

This is precisely my concern. Ive always thought that in the end the Constitution was what We as a people and a Government suppose to uphold. I no longer believe that the Constitution is being considered by 1/2 the people and definately not by last the two Administrations.
