The Posse Comitatus Act does not include the Marine Corps however the Navy and Marine Corps are prohibited from acting as a police force by Dept. of Defense regulations. The Coast Guard which comes under Homeland Security can and does act as a police force.
None of this will stop the current administration for coming up with some fantasy reason to use the military.
