If you've noticed education has gone drastically down hill since the libtards got the federal government involved with it. They don't want to have anything to do with charter schools.
I don't believe this is just the inadequacies of a bureaucratic system. The less educated the population is the easier it is to manipulate and for the elite few to hold onto power.
