I guess someone can go drink them a couple of 12 packs and smoke some refer and go pick a person they dont like and hit them with my car. After all it wouldnt be there fault. It would be the alcohol, marijuana and the cars fault. So the individual should get off scott free since they did it. Its also like saying the next time someone commits a murder that what ever object they use is at fault not the sick individual. America has fallen on dark times my friends.
