Bolt Not Unlocking

Cam pin. Dry firing it, the new upper runs with every combination of bolt carrier group parts from another weapon or from this weapon except only the new cam pin. Tried all the combinations until the bad part was isolated. I was thinking bolt or firing pin the whole time.
