I know the owner wishes to keep this forum on the 6.5 Grendel and if this post is not appropriate it can be deleted but I was just curious if there are other folks here that like the 6.5 caliber in any of it's non-Grendel creations.
My bread and butter deer rifle over the years has been a T/C Encore in 6.5X55 Mauser and a new acquisition is a Flaig Ace 264 Win Mag built on a US M1917 action back in the early 60's. Both are extremely accurate and have had me ignoring many of my other rifles because of that alone.
My SOAD 20" AR is fast becoming my favorite because it will do anything.
