Let's keep this about hunting. This is a technical discussion forum. Whenever we have veered off that, it has distracted form the focus of the site, which is geared towards helpful information about the 6.5 Grendel. That may be one of the main reasons why people are civil here, because things spiral out of hand when opened up to why we stupid yanks don't have NHS, the Founding Fathers didn't forsee XYZ, anything Obama-related, etc.
None of those conversations are really appropriate for this forum, as passionate as I am about them. I've had family members raped, gunned-down, and scarred by the Totalitarian Regimes of Josef Stalin and Adolph Hitler, so my concerns about these issues are not from a theoretical perspective insulated by the fairy tale lifestyle we enjoy here in the US. I can and have debated them extensively before here, and I had the impression that those discussions were not really beneficial to the site.
I no longer live in my State of Birth or hometown because the rule of law was trampled into history with regard to firearms ownership.
