I have an update. I talked to our office staff, and they informed me that Andy has been out sick since Thursday with Pneumonia!
I work back and forth between my office and the shop so it's not uncommon for me to not see him as he also bounces around for meetings or to get shop supplies.
I did shoot him a text on his personal number though and he says he would like for you to send us your barrel so we can examine it to see what may have caused the key-holing and document it for our records. I'll PM you with our shipping account number. You can get it to us when you return home (at no cost to yourself this way) and we can get a replacement going as well.
