That is indeed a prototype. The barrel is a 1 in 8 twist and we built the set up for Frank and Shotgun News. Brake is extended. It was not the original as we built it and has been changed. It was a test unit built on a gen II POF upper (one piece carrier). I think the late Charlie Cutshaw penned the piece. That is a prototype barrel as well.
