Let us start simple and first make sure that the gun functions, or we get to return to the origin. Shoot the gun as we returned it and do not change a bunch of stuff. When you are happy that it works, then change the rail and add the brake. Leave the guts alone until you have a feel for how the gun functions.
WCI is a great brake but is long and adds length to he weapon. I like them for barrels like a 24"
