Keep the buffer in it. It should further help to reduce any recoil. No reason to take it out. Well, that is unless you have problems with short stroking. I doubt you will though.
Oh, you might not like the wci if you shoot from the prone. While it works super for taking recoil away, it can kick up a lot of dirt. It's loud too.
