I think an adjustable gas block is a good fix, but a heavier buffer and spring can't hurt either.
Two different situations in my mind.
In your link, the load used in that weapon was with 8208 powder, and a heavier buffer and stronger spring were apparently the appropriate fix.
In this thread, the weapon operates appropriately with loads using 8208 powder, with CFE loads causing the issue. If you've tried CFE, you likely understand how significantly it can change things. It would likely require one of Slash's 10+ ounce buffers to correct, but then the weapon probably wouldn't function with 8208.
If the OP plans to continue use of both powders, I think an adjustable block is the best option.
