JSE are not manufacturers, the barrel in this thing says DSG on it. I think they got stuck with this thing and they simply sell what they buy. It is not their remit to examine the function, I would doubt they even knew it would not run. I find as we see more and more entries into the AR market that there are more occurrences of stuff that simply is not specified to known standards or tested.
Anyways. I have a barrel gathering dust that will work. The bolt looks good and the extractor can be adjusted. Barrel is an M4 type profile.
At present you will be in for a gas tube and the shop time.
