Talked with the barrel/bolt manufacturer, he said to send him the whole upper and they would fix whatever was wrong, no questions asked, and no charge, heard back that it was a bolt issue, he is giving me a new bolt and barrel (concerned about the overpressure signs) and will be test firing it this week, hopefully have it back late this week early next.
All at no charge.
