If a barrel is not post production lapped, make sure you give it a good cleaning and at least something resembling a break-in before holding it to a high standard. Also, my experience has been that any stainless barrel, regardless of price, will go through a seasoning period up through around 200-250 rounds. Beyond that point, it's where it's going to be for quite some time if you take care of it. That having been said. Any reloader can concoct a load that works against accuracy while still putting the hits on paper. Start off with a known good performing load and that caliber will spoil you quick.
