Just my two cents but if you want to shoot heavier projectiles then you might want to opt for a faster twist (similar to what is used in the .223 with 69 gr and up). My Grendel has a 1:8 twist Lilja barrel (Precision Firearms upper). I thought the faster twist might give me a bit of an edge with the heavier projos.
