Well, the match is over & scored. We wound up with 24 teams total of incredible shooters. Those guys did some unbelievable shooting in the heat & dirt. We did have some fun! All that's left is getting the placques finished up with team names & distributed. Now, for next year...............hmm.
Gotta brag on my grendel. Obviously since the match was all unknown distance & since I was the one that "knew" the distances I didn't get to shoot but a friend of mine wanted to try the match so I loaned him my grendel. He was pretty impressed when he took it & did a little practice. His first 4 shot group at 100 with factory hornady ammo could be covered with a dime. :-) . When he did his part at the match, the gun was like a laser! It was awesome to see him take a 500yd 12" piece of steel with one shot after running the range trying to save time. I was impressed for sure both with him & the gun.
