Peck that argument is completely ridiculous. With the proper training the capacity of the magazines has negligible effects on ones ability to send round down range, when using a semi-automatic weapon. A magazine can be changed out in under 2 seconds. So 10 rd, 20 rd, 30 rd, or a drum, when a psycho wants to go on a killing spree the size of his magazines won't affect his results. It's more liberal rhetoric garbage designed to give the public a FALSE sense of security.
