Problems with Wolf Ammo

OK, I stopped the sale and will continue to try and resolve the problems with the upper. Up to now I had just taken the upper to an indoor range to function test. I decided to put a scope on and see what it could do at 100 yds. The first 2 shots formed 1 hole, the third shot was just below. I was surprised by what I saw so took a little more time for shots 4 - 10, 1 ragged hole. anyway this convinced me to try and get this fixed. I was very happy with the accuracy from the Hornady 123 gr ammo and upper.
I have ordered the J&P spring plus a new mag. I was wondering if I should also order a new AA extractor or a whole bolt since I am still getting brass flakes coming from the rims of the cases.
