What happened to the Congressional Inquiry after 9/11 that pushed ATF to start moving NFA paperwork faster. From what I remember, it was down to 2 months wait. I think they need to pay back every licensee their $200, and shut the entire NFA paperwork program down. There are cases where they have lost people's paperwork, and tried them for violations, when the owners had the papers all along. "Not good enough! You're going to jail!" While they were caught recently in firearms technology branch doctoring their own paperwork by taking registered components from MAC-11's, and building M2 .50 BMG's from one pin in the MAC...he he. That's another scandal they're trying to keep under the rug.
