If you don't shoot a lot, getting rid of the 5.56 makes sense.
But since the AR platform is so much fun to shoot, you may be finding yourself in the position to do some high round count range sessions later on. In that case the Grendel is going to cost more. Wolf ammo is cheap, but not as cheap as 5.56. Personally, I would keep both uppers as you will probably find a use for it late on.
