Nice.. A couple of observations.. That sure does seem like an awful lot for a barreled upper.. Maybe if it came with the BCG.. Also 1-7 twist seems way too fast unless you are planning on using 70gr or heavier bullets..

Here is a picture of one I put together.. It's built on a Sun Devil (Billet) Pistol marked lower.. Less scope, I have about $1000 into it..

There's really not much down side to "too much twist" in a barrel unless you are pushing bullets to velocities that spin the jackets apart. You won't get close in a 10-11 barrel so it's not an issue. Accuracy may suffer with a few bullets but that's fixed by finding the bullet that works.

As we know, shorter barrels produce less velocity so heavier bullets are used to make up for it for terminal energy. Also, loads with heavier bullets typically function more reliably in short barrels.
