That's kinda wild. I've never heard of a law like that before. Fortunately we don't have that restriction here. I'd have hated to have hauled off all the splattered ground hogs I used to bust. I shot 35 of them on my brothers farm in one year. I just throw them down in the edge of the woods (out of the field). If anyone around here actually ate groundhogs though, I guess I would have fetched them back for them.
