FWIW, I recently poached a Howa Mini 6.5 w/ stock off of GUN Broker for less than just the barreled action from Brownells.
Much to my surprise, it came with a set of Talley rings already installed.
What a nice touch. Not crazy about how tall the are, though. I’ve got a couple sets of Weaver style bases and rings that I’d planned on using.
I may swap them out to get a lower scope mounting.
