Mine finally arrived last Friday, 6 days after the original delivery date.

First chance to play with it for real is today... have only been able to set it up in a hallway and shoot a nerf dart over it. 108fps was the highest I saw it register... it missed a few shots but they might have been below the 100fps threshold. Nerf pistol might be underpowered and the "fast" shots would be a hair over 100fps

I would say, the low of 100fps seems to work.
