What kind of chambers do you have?
Ive lost count of how many Grendels I have built since 2009, and currently own 22, 18, 17.6, 16, 14.5, 12, 10.5, with an 8.5 on the way.
I have never had that issue with being able to extract unfired cartridges. I test out my hand loads with a stripped bolt to set-up my sizing die so I know where I need to be for headspace and cartridge dimensions to be able to drop free from the chamber, otherwise I wont mass-produce the load.
If you have a chamber with .292 necks, that could cause the problem, or if you arent sizing down enough.
What sizing die are you using?
