Has anyone used the LMT Enhanced carrier in their Grendel SBR?

I have a couple of them that are new and wondered if it’d be worthwhile to use them.

Currently, with the Sprinco Blue recoil spring and H2 buffer Frontier 120gr FMJ load ejects between 3 and 4:30 so it should be good as is.
