Just get a small primer pocket reamer like Lyman #7777784 for $12 from Midway. Take the reamer from the handle and mount in a drill or drill press. Easy one time operation. A regular chamfer tool will damage your brass.
I'm sure surprised to hear commercial, non-military, ammo is crimped.
