Those are all sea level, standard atmosphere. Muzzle Velocity will be the same regardless of DA, but downrange performance will be better in the thin air, higher temps.
Up where I like to shoot, an 18 Grendel out-performs a 24 Grendel at sea level.
Lowest places I can find are 4400ft above sea level. My favorite range is 6300ft.
