That doesn't look like a pretty good deal.
I recently bought a similar scope, the Arken EP8, it is also a 1-8x28 FFP scope with Japanese glass. It is assembled in China however. They are offering 25% off, and with the purchase points I could buy a cantilever 0 degree rigid mount, and they also included a muzzle break.
That said, I do like the Vortex product and have a couple of their Gen 1 PSTs, the 1-4x24 and the 2.5-10x32. I would probably consider this scope you posted if I hadn't bought the Arken. Both have fixed parallax.
