Don't believe anything about California until it is official and cast in stone. The Governor (Newsom) and AG (Bonta) will do anything they can which is unconstitutional to prevent people from using firearms, period.
They do not care about violating our rights, they've been doing it for years. They do not care about the law, they will jack the residents around with unconstitutional law that will hold things up in the court system.
