Coming out of the southern district, Judge Benitez ruled today that the CA ban on "ARs" is unconstitutional. Couple of videos on this also.

Once again, some excellent reasoning in this 80 page ruling. 'Course it might wind up at the SCOTUS but a 4th ckt case on Maryland's same-kind-of ban may make it there first.
