Reading this has me pondering another question. I suppose you were talking about factory annealed brass and not ammo. But, now thinking about factory ammo instead. New brass neck tension right out of the box is all over the place, never thought about it before but, I suppose itÂ’s the same with factory new ammo too! Might have to pull a box of factory ammo apart and reset the neck tension and compare the two.
