The wraith is decent at nite, i have the original 4x model, there is a vid in the link I am going to provide, shot was about 100yds, my longest kill with the wraith was around 140ish yds. It depends a lot on your illuminator, I don't use the included one, but it is decent out to about 100yds. The one I use with my wraith lets me see 'further', but good enough for a shot is subjective. Also, what you see thru the viewfinder is clearer than what is depicted, for me it always gets darker when transferred.
Judge for yourself, I shot this hog with a 450bushmaster, it was about 170ish lbs.
