9th Circus pulled the case from the 9th 3-judge panel en banc because they knew the CA Mag Ban was going to be ruled unconstitutional.

The Federal courts layers go like this:

SCOTUS

Circuit Court of Appeal (13 of these based on the regions)

3-Judge Panel at Circuit level

District Court

This case went up to SCOTUS, then back down, then was headed back up to the 3-judge panel for final review once SCOTUS kicked it back down. 9th Circus snatched it up in a very unprecedented move so they can push down on the scales of JUST-US in favor of the tyranny in CA, and to screw over the citizens.

The 3-Judge panel has already written a scathing condemnation of that weird move.

It’s funny how statists can manipulate the law to harm the citizenry, while also promoting catch-and-release policies with actual violent offenders who don’t know about any laws regarding magazine capacity or firearms types.
