First of all, yeah Lapua brass is hard to find but starline is plentiful right now. It's a good brass, but I would stock up on it somewhat as supply seems to ebb and flow.
I use H335 for mt 100 ttsx bullets, The Barnes data I have is what I use, for the 115-120 tsx family it states that 28.0 is the max but might be compressed. If you can get the 115's I would suggest as they will give you a bit more MV, and a lower opening velocity. with 16" barrel more MV is good for you.
Also you list the cci 34 as your primer but starline and all (non-ppu/AK brass) is small primer, so you'll need either cci 450 or cci 41, or a similar. I'd stay away from 400's as the cup is thinner. Some of the #41's are selling for decent prices (at least out here in free America lol!) nowadays. but the 34 is a large primer.

I got my brass today and my case gauge. I got 50 pieces of brass de-burred, which is probably not needed on new brass, but I like to have everything uniform. I didn't have a Redding shell holder for a 6.5 Grendel, but was able to take my time using a Lee shell holder. Only the Redding shell holders work correctly in the PMA primer seater. I have tried several shell holders and most are just a tad too small on the ID to allow the PM primer cup to fit, but you can carefully shake the primer in the center so it will work. I didn't have a shell holder, it requires a 220 Russian, best I can tell...
The Barnes 120gr TTSX bullets were the best option I could find 2 weeks ago, the Tac TX is a better option as it expands at around 1200-1300 fps, off the top of my head, where the TTSX bullets require about 2000.
I loaded 10 each of 25.0, 26.0, 27.0, 27.5, 28.0 and see which one groups the best. I will shoot them in groups of 5.
I'm using a Stoner 16" 1:8 barrel, and a Stoner 6.5 Grendel BCG, so fairly inexpensive build.
Starline brass, mostly CCI 41, about 15 were GM205MAR. I have mostly the latter on hand, but seems good to test the 41s against the GM205MARs. I'm hunting so it's not as critical as some others doing competition.
Now to get to the range, not sure if I can get up to Lake County this weekend, my doors are not going to be finished on my shop until next week.
