I am assuming this is a AR Grendel. I would start around 28.5 grains of CFE 223 and work your way up. This is the mid range for a 123 gr copper jacket and extreme low range for a 95 grain copper jacket bullet according to Hornady. I would start being more diligent in the 30.5-31 grain range. Personally, I do not load very hot in a auto-loader. I am sure you know that every gun is different . I wont have more time to test until this fall. If you live in an extreme swing temp area, just remember CFE will be impacted by it. Let me know how it turns out. If I can manage some time to get out, I will do the same. I am glad to see you have a 7mm-08. It is a great round under-rated round. Had one a couple decades ago and loved it.
