Thanks for the add and look forward to learning some new things. Currently working on my first Grendel build, AR platform. Nothing fancy and started with one of everyone's favorite uppers....BCA, I have a few of theirs in different calibers. This one started as a 7.62x39. Have an 18" 6.5 type1 barrel on the way. Definitely looking for input on that particular type, as I've read quite a bit, but still apprehensive about using a 7.62 bolt without further research. Thanks to all.
